On Tuesday July 12th the official Canadian Premiere screening of HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2 took place at Toronto's Scotiabank Theatre. The eagerly anticipated advance screening was followed by an official Premiere after-party at Toronto's' historic Casa Loma. The castle was completely transformed to give guests a true Hogwarts experience. The 500+ guest list included Canada's top Harry Potter fans, tastemakers and influencers, high profile Canadian political figures, local celebrities, talent filming on location in the city and actor Matthew Lewis from the film itself. A press line of over 25 national and local outlets lined the red carpet and a large crowd of spectators showed up at the Premiere screening and after-party in the hopes of being a part of Harry Potter history.
