In this special Christmas episode, Timmy wishes everyday was Christmas! Then, the other holidays get mad at him, and decide to banish Santa to February 33, which doesn't exsist. Timmy stops them before he gets banished.

Cosmo and Wanda plan a party to celebrate Timmy having godparents for one year. But Mr. Crocker has other plans that involve a magic muffin that grants one wish without rules to whoever eats it. So Mr. Crocker eats the muffin, so he wishes he can catch a fairy godparent. Crocker gets a butterfly net, and catches Wanda.

In this crossover with ""The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius"", Cosmo and Wanda accidentally zap Timmy into the Neutron residence in Retroville while Jimmy finds himself in the Turner's house in Dimmsdale with no clue as to what's going on. Can Timmy's Fairy Godparents fix this mess, or will the two boys be forever stranded in each other's worlds?

Timmy wishes for a magic remote control that will allow him to travel inside television, despite being grounded and facing pressure from his parents not to watch any. After Vicky wrecks the Turner home while babysitting and blames it on Timmy, they take his magic remote and place it in her hands, unaware of her evil nature and her desire to conquer the world -- a dream she could now make come true unless Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, and a new friend from the future race through every channel to stop her and her evil scheems.

When it's Summer in Dimmsdale, the kids all look forward to summer vacation, but the parents fear that they are getting too wild. Enter Flappy Bob, who agrees to keep the kids in his day care center all Summer. Timmy quickly remities the situation by wishing kids ruled the world.

Timmy returns to Retroville, but this time he takes Cosmo and Wanda with him. He and Jimmy fight over who gets to take Cindy to the Friday the 13th dance. Jimmy then returns to Dimmsdale as he takes Carl, Cindy, Sheen, and Libby with him. Meanwhile in Fairy World, the Antifairies escape from their prison again.

Norm the Genie returns and tricks Cosmo and Wanda into disliking Timmy by replacing him with a selfish, unappreciative clone version. When Cosmo and Wanda quit, a singing contest is held in Fairy World to determine who gets to replace Timmy's godparents.

Timmy wants to become friends with Jimmy Neutron. While they are friends, they battle each other's enemies, and they create a new villian that they don't like. So they abandon him, but that makes him super evil now, and he takes Cosmo and Wanda's wands and Jimmy's brains. Now it's up to Jimmy and Timmy to solve the problem they got into.

Fairly OddBaby is a 2008 television film and season premiere of The Fairly OddParents’ sixth season, which first aired on February 18, 2008. The episode was the first to air after a one-year hiatus. The special follows on the series' main character 10-year-old Timmy Turner with Cosmo and Wanda, who are Timmy's fairy godparents and grant his wishes. The special introduces a newborn fairy baby named Poof, who is the child of Cosmo and Wanda and becomes Timmy's fairy godbrother. Poof comes into existence when Cosmo and Wanda decide to have a child of their own, and Timmy wishes it so. However, because the fairy baby's magic is developing and uncontrollable, villains called the anti-fairies and pixies seek to steal the fairy baby so they can take over the fairies' home, Fairy World.

Timmy gets the fairies, pixies, and anti-fairies to compete in the first Fairy World Games to determine for good and all "who is the best magical creature in the universe." The cheating pixies and anti-fairies, however, make him bet his freedom on the fairies.

When Timmy doesn't get what he wants for Christmas he simply wishes for it. However since his friends can't do the same, Timmy wishes every kid could get a magical coupon that would allow them to wish for the one thing they didn't get. But when Vicky gets her hands on one of the magical coupons, her greed throws Christmas all out of balance.

It's up to Timmy to save the universe from the Darkness, a large black hole that could destroy the universe by sucking out all the light and magic in it. Jorgen then sends all the fairies to Earth in order to hide. Timmy then sees some anchient cave drawings that claim that he is the "Chosen" sent to defeat the Darkness by finding three powerful magic wands with the help of Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof, but the Darkness then sends his minions, the Eliminators, to hunt Timmy down throughout the universe to destroy him before he could find those wands.

Timmy learns he merely slowed down The Darkness and now he must seek a second wand to defeat this evil force. Timmy is forced to make amends with his enemies in order to fight for the betterment of mankind.

Confident and secure, Timmy feels great after defeating The Darkness as his world turns into a paradise for him; however, he soon discovers that it is all an illusion and that he didn't win, but is now living inside The Darkness. Now his family, his friends, and even his enemies on the outside must rescue him and help him find the third and final wand in order to defeat The Darkness once and for all.
