Dancing on Ice

Dancing on Ice returned for an eighth series on 6 January 2013 and ended on 10 March 2013. Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley returned as hosts, with Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean as mentors to the celebrities. Louie Spence and Katarina Witt left their roles as judges and were replaced by Jason Gardiner, Ashley Roberts, and Karen Barber. Robin Cousins returned as head judge. It was revealed that at the end of the 13 January show that the duel would return, this saw two couples go head-to-head on the ice at the same time performing different routines to the same song, the judges then decided which one will be immune from the public vote.

The remaining ten celebrities take to the ice for the third time. They have to compete in duals with the acts they judges like more immune from this week's public vote. At the end of the show the phone lines are opened for the third public vote of the series.

Philip and Christine return with the results of the second viewer vote. Little Mix perform live on the show. Gareth and Oona and their respective partners learn that they are in the bottom two and will have to perform again in the skate off. The judges then elect to save Gareth leaving Oona eliminated from the competition.

It's school disco night, and hosts Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley take us through all the drama. The remaining nine skating stars pick their favourite childhood songs, as they relive their school disco days. Who will be the class clown, and who will be the school swot? Figure skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are doing their best to help the celebs wow audiences with their progress, but some of the stars - including Pamela Anderson and Lauren Goodger - have already crashed out of the competition. New judge Ashley Roberts has settled into her role alongside Robin Cousins, Karen Barber and the returning Jason Gardiner, who has already proven to be bolder, blunter and ruder than ever before.

It’s the semi-finals of Dancing on Ice, hosted by Phillip Schofield & Christine Bleakley. Four skating stars have made it this far, but for one it will end in heartbreak just one week away from making the final. The semi finalists all perform two new routines, one of which will see them take to the air as they learn to fly. Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are the proud parents who have coached them all to this stage, but one of their protégés will fall short. Only the best will impress the Ice Panel, who will be as uncompromising as ever, as they judge on both routines. Two stars will agonisingly have to perform their Save Me skates in Dancing on Ice : The Skate Off to stay in the competition, and for one, a place in the final will be out of their grasp. With Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle, actor Matt Lapinskas, Coronation Street’s Samia Ghadie, Olympic boxing gold medallist Luke Campbell, and rugby union star Gareth Thomas.

It’s the Final of Dancing on Ice, and Phillip Schofield & Christine Bleakley will take you through the grand finale. Three skating stars have battled against the ice, and the rest of the competition, to make it this far. Only one can be crowned Champion 2013, but who will it be? It’s all down to you, as just the public votes will decide the winner. Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean will be performing a brand new version of their unforgettable Bolero routine, before the two finalists with the most public votes will have to impress with their own self-choreographed Bolero. Before that, all three finalists must skate twice, including one Showcase performance. Will your favourite skate away with the winners trophy? With Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle, actor Matt Lapinskas, Olympic boxing gold medallist Luke Campbell, and rugby union star Gareth Thomas.
